Help Soft G-dash config

Hi mates
Please, Someone on the forum has worked with the soft G-dash config to modify the screen by computer. I made the wire to connect and change the screens and the bar RPM and impossible to enter the g-dash to configure, always gives the error check serial.
if anyone has experience and can help me because something must be wrong but I can not find fault
