what should i expect to see on a turbo engine?

The pic doesnt work.
And you should expect a realistic temperature. A single number is meaningless. Either describe operating conditions that number relates to or upload a datalog

If that's 69deg C I'm thinking this is around .7bar with no intercooler and sounds about right. But you would do well to reduce this with a big intercooler. the P8 has a logger internal and you should be able to see when this occurs, in diagnostic display you will only see the max, not when it occurs.

Running about .9 bar with a smal fmic.
I will reset it all and take her for a spin.

I did some more datalogs,
And its all good.
Temp go down when i start to drive..
At full throtle and with .8 bar boost the AIT is 35 degrees
