wheel speed sensors
im looking for a wheel speed sensor smaller than the gt101 sensor as have got a job in but not got the room for the gt101 sensor that I usually use , any one know of any other sensors that are compatible and reliable ??

Most any 3 wire hall effect should be fine, I think DTA prefers NPN.
You can get some that are just a threaded bar effectively
eg this style
Farnell, DigiKey, RS-Components etc will all list variations

Cheap egay versions, not sure why they say inductive for a 3 wire powered sensor though.
By nature of being powered it should be a 0/5v output square wave. Not expensive to try anyway

I'll confirm I use the type of sensor that Stevie posted up.
NPN type with a 12mm threaded body, I used rs components sensor which stated 9-30 working voltage but they work fine with 5 volts.
I'm sure they come in smaller diameter's, definitely 10mm maybe smaller.
