DTA S40 Pro Problems (like a Gremlin)

Hi everybody,
I’ve a strange problem. For 4 years now I’m running a S40 Pro on my supercharged c20xe Vauxhall engine. Till now without problems. We have been adding some NOS to the engine and got some small issues with the ignition.
This is how the setup always was.
C20XE Engine, with the following sensors:
Crank Sensor – Original Vauxhall
MAP Sensor- Bosch
Air Intake Temp
Water Temp – Original Vauxhall
Throttle Sensor – Original Vauxhall
Siemens 630cc Injectors
Vauxhall 1.6 16v Coil Pack (own AMP)
For the injectors the previous owner of the DTA and Engine Loom they used only 1 Injector Drive.
Because we wanted to use more Nitrous, we decided to replace the Original Vauxhall Coil for a MSD Ford style High Coil Pack.
I didn’t know that there was a different between them, now I know.. The MSD doesn’t have an AMP.
Well that was an expensive lesson, because 1 coil driver of my ECU is dead.
Alex will get this one this week to see if he can fixed it.
For now I’ve bought a new DTA S40 Pro.
I changed the engine config for the external AMP setting. After this the coil driver temp is ok..
But the engine doesn’t run like before. Lot’s of misfires and other problems. Sparkplugs become complete wet from fuel etc.
So I decided to change everything as it was. Uploaded the correct mapping still the same problem.
Well I started troubleshooting, got the engine loom out of the car and did a complete check of it.
Has checked every cable 3 times. It’s 100% ok.
Did a coil check, also working. Started the car with old spark plugs mounted, new plugs on the cover. Got a very good spark.
Have taken out the injectors, did an injector test with fuel pump on. This was good. All injectors are working as it should. None is hanging are whatever. Have enough fuel and the return of the fuel rail is also good.
The compression is good. All cylinders have almost the same pressure like other times (we measure this after every race). Also I double checked the timing of the engine. This is good.
I replaced the crank sensor now for two different sensors. All are working ok when I do a check in the DTAwin software. 58-2 I see in the test display.
Cylinder 2 is always running ok.
Cylinder 4 is almost always running ok.
Cylinder 1 and 3 give the most problems. Wet sparkplugs, not running as it should.
I’m completely out of options. Someone who can help me. I’m starting to think that the new ECU is not good. Because there are now no changes as for three weeks ago and the car doesn’t run correctly.
Cheers Marcel
Note:
My own DTA S40 has Hardware version 1.0 and firmware version V78
The new DTA S40 has Hardware version 1.01 and also firmware version V78
